Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of cryptosemesh.com (the "Service"), operated by CryptoSemesh, Israel ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

1. What the Service is

CryptoSemesh publishes statistical forecasts of the daily closing prices of selected crypto assets and gold, together with a public record that compares every published forecast with the actual result. Forecasts are produced by published formulas (see Methodology) and are informational only.

2. What the Service is not

You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Trading crypto assets carries a high risk of loss.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping or resale.

4. Free access, subscription and payment

5. Acceptable use

The forecasts, reports and API are for your personal use. You may not resell or republish today's forecasts before the daily close, systematically scrape the Service, or interfere with its operation. Sharing the public history with attribution is welcome.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its content and its design belong to CryptoSemesh. The methodology is published openly for transparency; this does not grant a license to redistribute the Service's data commercially.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to publish every day but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. A forecast that was not published in time is not published later — misses stay in the record. We may change or discontinue features; material changes to these terms will be announced on the site or by email.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
