CryptoSemesh (cryptosemesh.com) publishes statistical crypto price forecasts. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and how you control it. Questions and requests: [email protected].
What we collect
- Account data. Your email address and a one-way hash of your password (we never see or store the password itself). If you log in with Telegram: your Telegram name, username and numeric ID. If you use WhatsApp: your phone number.
- Preferences. Where you want reports delivered, which messages you want, and whether you agreed to receive product news.
- Payments. Order number, amount, currency and status. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments; we never receive wallet keys or card data.
- Security data. IP addresses of login and sign-up attempts, kept for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
- Cookies. One login cookie that keeps you signed in. If we run ads, advertising measurement cookies (Google, Meta) load only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner; you can change your choice any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Why we use it
- To run your account: log you in, show the forecasts you have access to, and deliver the reports and alerts you choose.
- To send service emails: address confirmation, password reset, and notices about your subscription.
- To send product news — only if you opted in. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the service secure and to keep records required by law for payments.
Who processes it
We do not sell or rent personal data. It is processed only by providers that run the service for us: Cloudflare (network and security), Vultr (hosting), our email delivery provider, NOWPayments (payments), and Telegram or WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to receive messages there.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Security logs are kept for up to 90 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. The public forecast record contains no personal data.
Your choices and rights
- Change report delivery or turn messages off in your account at any time.
- Unsubscribe from product news with one click in any such email.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law; we honor them in the same way.
Sale or sharing of data
We do not sell your personal information. If advertising cookies are enabled with your consent, Google and Meta may receive data about your visit to measure our ads; declining in the cookie banner stops this (this is your "do not sell or share" choice under California law).
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email.
